A NEW HEAD CHEF AT FUXBAU

FOR MANY YEARS HE HAD HELPED SHAPING FUXBAU AS SOUS CHEF, NOW MARKUS GITTERLE WILL BE THE NEW HEAD CHEF.

Starting next winter, Markus Gitterle (as head chef) and Matteo Giek (as restaurant manager) will lead the Fuxbau into the new season. In the usual manner and with a focus on regionality. The Arlberg will therefore continue to be found on the plate. And also in the glass you stay connected to Austria and neighboring countries. The Fuxbau is in motion and yet remains the same in many respects. If you don't believe it, you can see it for yourself from December 2nd, 2022.
