SEVEN PASSIONATE YEARS FOR FUXBAU

Tobias Schöpf is looking for new challenges and will leave the Fuxbau in Stuben am Arlberg at the end of the summer season 2022.


The decision was not an easy one. After all, Tobias Schöpf helped shape, and further develop the Fuxbau’s culinary signature. The „foxes“ did not only achieved three chef’s hats, but they also gained the recognition of their guests. Guests who became regulars and friends. Now the time has come for Tobias to say GOODBYE, and move on to exciting new ventures.

We want to say THANK YOU. For the great times, the passion, the dedication and the friendship, which will last beyond a work relationship.

We are happy for Tobias and that he found a new endeavour. At the same time, we promise that Markus Gitterle, as new head chef, will culinarily pick up where Tobias will leave off. After all, the two of them were a well-coordinated team for many years.
