Over the years, our spin the bottle event has become a real institution, which is why we don't want to do without it again this year and have brought exciting partners on board again. Winegrowers to whom we feel connected and whose work we greatly appreciate. This time, Clemens Strobl is a winemaker from Wagram. An exciting region, shaped by loess and by the people who have always made wine here. Clemens Strobl is a career changer, but someone who knows what he is doing. His Pinot Noir is now considered legendary, his other wines are in no way inferior. Reservations are welcome at servus@restaurant-fuxbau.at
