On this Sunday it is not “mountain to table” but the classic “farm to table”. That is when we have the Innauer Hof as our guest. At Caprice and Stefan Innauer, everything revolves around chicken and duck for 5 courses. The farm is in the third generation, so the animals come not only from experienced, but also from biological and species-appropriate husbandry. This time, the wines for this extraordinary menu come from none other than the Tement family winery from southern Styria.
