Fux and Lamb are a perfect duo. We have been working with the inventors of MOMÄH Matthias Ammann and Harald Bitschnau for years. Together we develop dishes based on the Montanfoner Steinschaf and can already promise that it will be extraordinary this time too. Those who are well-rehearsed can leave their usual path and cause some surprises. On this evening, Paul Achs from Burgenland provides special taste experiences in the glass.
