Our spin the bottle has blossomed into a real institution. This evening it is once again about winemakers who have grown dear to us and wines that we believe will inspire you as much as we do. This time it is Julia Springeth from the South Tyrolean winery Terlan and Wein Wolf Peter Hellweger who will guide you through the evening. The 5-course menu is of course tailored to the wines.
